Behind every plant that grows lush and healthy, there is daily work built on experience, care, and dedication. A day at the nursery is never the same: each season brings different activities, and every morning begins with the same passion for nature. Vivai Schito opens its doors to show what happens behind the scenes, where greenery comes to life step by step.

The Start of the Day

The nursery wakes up early, when the air is still fresh and quiet. The first to move are the nursery staff, who check the condition of the plants, inspect the irrigation, and plan the day’s activities. Each section of the nursery has different needs: vine seedlings require constant monitoring, potted plants must be cared for individually, and young seedlings are protected from temperature fluctuations.

Daily Plant Care

During the morning, attention is focused on the maintenance and growth of the plants. Tasks include pruning dry parts, removing weeds, and carefully calibrated irrigation. Every action is precise and purposeful: it is not just about keeping things tidy, but about guiding each plant through its natural development process.

Vine seedlings and fruit trees receive special care. The staff check the grafts, inspect the health of the roots, and monitor the growth of new buds. Each specimen is carefully observed and recorded to ensure the highest quality at the time of sale.

The Importance of Teamwork

At the nursery, no task is done alone. Every staff member contributes their expertise: some handle sowing, others manage logistics, prepare shipments for clients, or maintain communication with farmers and landscapers. It is a team effort, based on collaboration and mutual trust, where every role is essential to achieve excellent results.

Afternoon of Orders and Preparations

In the afternoon, activities shift between checking the new seedlings and preparing orders for delivery. The plants are carefully selected, labeled, and packaged, ready to reach gardens, farms, and partner nurseries. Everything is done by hand to ensure that each plant arrives intact and ready to be planted.

A nursery that never stops

Even when the doors close, the work doesn’t stop. The plants keep growing, and the nursery stays in tune with nature. The seasons set the rhythm of time, and each day marks a new chapter in a journey that never ends.

Conclusion

Behind every plant at Vivai Schito lies a day of quiet work, driven by passion and expertise. Each sprout tells the story of the commitment of those who nurtured it from birth, and every plant that leaves the nursery carries with it a part of that dedication. This is the secret of Vivai Schito: a place where nature and human effort meet every day, creating life and beauty.
